TENNIS & GOLFERS ELBOW
Tennis elbow is a condition that causes pain around the outside of the elbow.
It’s clinically known as lateral epicondylitis.
It often happens after overuse or repeated action of the muscles of the forearm, near the elbow joint or after banging or knocking your elbow.
If the muscles in your forearm are strained, tiny tears and inflammation can develop near the bony lump (lateral epicondyle) on the outside of your elbow.
The use of a brace, strapping, support bandage or splint (called an orthosis) may also be recommended in the short term.

The Kedley Aero-Tech Neoprene Elbow Support has dual velcro adjustable fasteners to provide a comfortable and secure fit whilst ensuring controlled compression on the joints and muscles. This maximises stability to help aid in recovery of injuries and prevent further damage. The additional elasticated power strap enhances the pressure and stability on the lower elbow tendons and muscles.

- 2. Slip appropriate arm through the loop, until bottom strap is below elbow joint. Place elbow cut out centrally to the elbow.
