KEDLEY Hot/Cold Gel Pack compress for natural pain relief without medication. Cool in the fridge or freezer to reduce swelling or relieve inflammation. Heat in the microwave to ease aches and pains associated with arthritis and muscle stiffness. Supplied with a protective positioning pouch for easy application. Packs are designed to retain a temperature for between 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on application.

Pack - Water, Glycerin, Carboxyl Methyl

Cellulose.

WASHING & STORAGE
Hand wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and air dry. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct heat and sunlight.

WARNINGS
For external use only. Do not place the gel pack directly onto the skin. Use only under adult supervision. For serious / reoccurring injuries or if a rash / discomfort develops, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advise. This product contains latex which may cause allergic reactions.
