I needed a support for both my thumb and wrist that can swell after work, I can wear at nighttime for relief, this is great for a comfortable wear, I like that I can adjust this to suit depending on my own level of swelling n my wrist, it�s a good fit and made from good quality materials, the Velcro fastening make it easy to put on and off and I find this is the right level of support for me, it�s a very good quality support with a built on splint that can also be removed if I want to, i think this is worth the money, it�s versatile for flexible support where need it the most! After receiving a De Quervain�s tenosynovitis diagnosis, I found the standard-issue NHS splint to be incredibly uncomfortable, prompting me to look for a better alternative. This brace has been a total game-changer.

This is an extremely robust piece of kit. It feels almost like a protective gauntlet; the construction is high-quality, and it�s clear this is built to last. The heavy-duty straps are a standout feature, ensuring the brace stays exactly where it needs to be without shifting. It provides powerful, rigid support that would be perfect for keeping the wrist immobilized during sleep.

The material is soft against the skin, offering firm support without feeling overly restrictive. One thing to note on sizing: I suspect I may have ordered a size too large, as the fabric completely covers my thumb. While this does restrict my movement a bit more than intended, the overall quality of the product is so high that it�s still a fantastic order.

Applying the brace is a breeze - you simply open it up and adjust the velcro to your preference. Given the brilliant fit and the "built-like-a-tank" durability, the current price feels like a bargain.

I have a tendon injury in my thumb so I had to get something to stabilise my thumb and wrist. This brace was ok at first but because of the ridges/seams inside by the thumb and the angle of the bend of the metal part, it started making the pain worse. Luckily the metal parts are removeable, so I took one out and straightened it a bit. I then placed some padding over the ridges/seams inside. It feels much better now. I have a small hand and it fits well. It is made for people with wider thumbs, but it does the job. (reviewed on takealot.com)

Really impressed by this splint. My partner is struggling with wrist pain. Not sure if it�s RSI or carpal tunnel. But thought I�d get this to see if it would help.
