Unscrew the lid counter-clockwise and fill the bag with approximately 2 cups of ice cubes. The bag should be about 2/3 full. Screw the lid back on clockwise. Position the ice pack on the affected area to relieve aching muscles, headaches, toothache and reduce swelling. Apply the ice pack in 5-20 minute intervals or until symptoms are relieved.
